Common questions before you write in

Quick answers to the most frequent questions about uncleaned files, dimensions, and browser processing.

1. Why could the tool not clean my image or video?

Reverse alpha-blending expects the watermark star to sit at its original pixel offset (-32px for ≤1024px exports or -64px for 2K/4K exports). If an image was cropped, resized by a messaging app (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord), or screenshotted rather than downloaded directly from Gemini, the star geometry shifts. Including the file's exact pixel dimensions (e.g., 1024×1024 or 1344×768) and where it was downloaded from helps us add calibration support.

2. Do you ever receive or store the images I process in the tool?

No. All image and video watermark removal runs 100% locally inside your web browser via HTML5 Canvas, Web Workers, and WebCodecs. We never see your files unless you explicitly describe or share them when contacting us.

3. Direct email address

Prefer to write from your own email client or attach a sample file that failed to clean? You can email us directly at adminunwatermarkgemini@gmail.com.
