Strictly Necessary Session Storage
To provide a smooth user experience when switching between the Images and Videos workspaces or clicking the Reset button, your browser uses a single ephemeral sessionStorage key:
| Storage Key | Type | Purpose | Expiration |
|---|---|---|---|
| gwr_reset_mode | sessionStorage | Preserves your active tab (image or video) when resetting the workspace and refreshing the page. | Cleared immediately after reload or when tab closes |
In-Memory Blob URLs & Canvas Buffers
When you load an image or video for watermark removal, your browser creates temporary URL.createObjectURL(blob) references and typed array buffers in volatile system RAM. These are not cookies and are never written to persistent disk storage unless you explicitly click Download Image, Download Clean Video, or Export Batch ZIP.
How to Clear or Reset Local State
You can clear all active media buffers and reset the workspace at any time by clicking the Reset button inside the Image or Video processor, which purges the active queue and refreshes the page cleanly.
